Sean & Holly Dean | Owners of Wiggle Butts Ranch

We want to introduce ourselves to our future guests! Sean & Holly Dean bought Wiggle Butts Ranch, 7.5 acres in 2015 and slowly but surely turned it into the property it is today! We have lived here since 2016 when WBR #1 was built and built our main home in 2019. As the pandemic hit in 2020, we had just opened up WBR #1 but even with a pandemic, it thrived with guests! We decided to build another in 2021 and in 2022 we opened up WBR #2!

We hope you enjoy our property as much as we do!

Our "real" job is Real Estate, so if you enjoy your visit and want to think about buying a home or land in our area, please reach out. We have sold the Texas Hill Country for a combined 45 years and knowledgeable about how to achieve your goals. We have numerous rescue dogs and Holly is also a Director for Non-Profit Rescue.
